Credit Collection Services Group (CCSG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Terry Moore as Chief Operating Officer, commencing 2 February 2026.

Terry brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across the Australian financial services sector, with a strong track record in operational strategy, customer experience and credit management. His promotion reflects CCSG’s ongoing commitment to building a high-performing, values-aligned executive team and delivering considered, compliant and client-focused outcomes.

Since joining CCSG in June 2024 as General Manager – Operations, Terry has led key initiatives that have strengthened our operational capability and enhanced the way we serve our clients and their customers. His focus on performance, transparency and service innovation has helped drive results across high-volume and high-value portfolios, particularly within the automotive finance and insurance sectors.

Terry’s broader career includes senior leadership roles at several of Australia’s leading financial institutions. He has successfully led teams through regulatory change, service redesign and digital uplift programs. His experience includes:

    • Head of Customer Solutions (ANZ) at Pepper Money, where he oversaw customer operations across automotive, residential and commercial mortgage portfolios
    • Head of Operations – Corporate and Asset Finance at Macquarie Group, where he led operational delivery across equipment finance and leasing
    • Senior roles at Commonwealth Bank, including responsibilities across credit strategy, recoveries and property realisation

In his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Terry will oversee CCSG’s operational strategy and execution across all business areas. His focus will include scaling capability, embedding continuous improvement and ensuring our recovery operations remain compliant, brand-aligned and outcomes-driven.

This appointment is an important step in CCSG’s strategic direction as we continue to strengthen our leadership team and invest in sustainable growth, innovation and quality outcomes for the businesses we represent.

We congratulate Terry on this well-earned promotion and look forward to the leadership and expertise he will continue to bring in this expanded role.
